GO TIM Revision Control for Government!

http://radar.oreilly.com/2008/11/change-gov-revision-control.html

Tim Oreilly just posted a challenge to change.gov.  Asking to not just put change.gov into an open content versioning system but all of governmental documentation.

I think we should help develop a standard for government so that all government sites (esp legislative.)  The possibilities for crowdsourcing once that information is available are almost limitless.

Lobby change.gov asking for this please.  It will help so many groups working in this place such as maplight.org, the sunlight foundation projects, the ACLU, Consumer's Union, Cato Institute.
