Event Calendar Enhancements

The law-making process is inherently time-sensitive, so having a robust and usable calendaring system is especially important to us. While events and the calendar modules in Drupal are already powerful, we believe they can be improved by:

• Increasing accessibility
• Adding support for the microformats, especially hCalendar
